[Geoetechnical modeler] Error during 3D Boreholes creating

There is some error when I'm trying to create 3D Borehores.

"Error Message...

eInvalidKey

Error Details...

Autodesk.AutoCAD.Runtime.Exception: eInvalidKey
at Autodesk.AutoCAD.DatabaseServices.DBDictionary.SetAt(String searchKey, DBObject newValue)
at Aecc.Gtm.CADServices.Borehole3D.Borehole3DService.Create3DBoreholes(List`1 boreholes, Double labelHeight, Double diameter, Double verticalExaggeration, String geologyField)
at Aecc.Gtm.AutoCADPlugin.Boreholes3D.Boreholes3DPresenter.Create3DBoreholes()"

I imported Boreholes from cvs in Manage Data option. There was no errors, just changes of some names .
"The following stratum names contain invalid characters and were renamed...
(Stratum names cannot contain the characters: " ` * + , / : ; < = > ? \ | )

Field: GeologyCode1
Old name: Gb+T - New name: Gb_43_T
Old name: Gp+K - New name: Gp_43_K)
[...]
"
but i use Legend Code to create 3D boreholes.

Does anyone met this problem or know solution?
