Everything installs just fine except for Civil 3D itself. Attached is the installation file.

The log file says that the install got started, did a few Microsoft prerequisites and then failed when it tried to download the first AutoCAD component which is the material library. When the download failed it quit. Looks like you had a bad connection.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I tried install it 4 times yesterday and still comes up with the same error. Also turned off my firewall thinking maybe that was proventing the download. The connection I have is solid and haven't had an issues downloading. My PC is all update to date as well. Any ideas ? Appreciate the help.

Sometimes virus scanners will kill certain downloads and this is trying to download individual components. I would try the option at the bottom of the page. Then you can download all files and install later.

I would also suggest using a download method:

Use the Download Links and then find Civil 3D. This will download the entire install and then let you run the install from the desktop. It also will let you run it again later on without downloading everything again if it messes up.
