font & icon size in 2017 vs 2016

I cannot seem to get the same size of my ribbon icons & text size in civil 3d 2017 as I have in 2016. I've tried all the obvious, display settings in Windows & options in Autodesk.

Not to sound sarcastic, but I can't wait to switch to 2017...
