FILLMODE not filling polylines

Using C3D 2020.

Suddenly, one DWG won't behave and show wide polylines filled.

Yes, I made sure FILLMODE was 1.

Yes, I regened.

Yes, hatches are showing.

Yes, I have audited many times.

Yes, I tried changing the global width.

Yes, I quit AutoCAD and reopened the DWG.

Yes, my gun is loaded.

I'll try rebooting before I pull a Warden Norton.

Maybe the view is rotated. Have you tried the PLAN command and the World option?

PLAN;World worked.

However we use VIEWTWIST all the time and I've never seen this symptom before.
