Field to Finish Apps or Supplemental programs

Our agency has recently transitioned to Civil 3d field to finish from Carlson.  Is there any add-on programs that anyone can recommend?  For rotating description keys perpendicular to certain features or hatching areas with certain codes.  A program that could accomplish this before is Steltman, but it seems to be alittle outdated.

I don't know for sure if they have those features, but you should look into SincPac3D by Quux Software.
