When I Doing work in civil 3d with  10 thousands points software going to held and suddenly shutdown with fatal error

What is your C3D version? Is it fully updated?
What is your WIndows version?
Is this a sudden new problem?
Is it limited to this one file? Did you try and fix the file?

As @pendean says more information is needed...

...but as a starter depending on how the file is set up, how extensive it is etc, it could be your pc is maxing out on ram. As a starter I would suggest you use data shortcuts where possible to ensure you keep file sizes down and more manageable.
