Fatal error while working

I keep getting fatal error message while working in CIVIL 3D. This happens on large hatching, or trim or while a bit heavy use. Or even sometimes while switching layers from big list or corridor creation etc.

It's helpful to know what version you're using, what service pack(s) are installed, and any third-party add-ons.

Also your workstation specs: Memory size, processor family & speed, operating system, etc.

Version - 2020.
What service pack(s) are installed - No idea about that/or let me know how to check
Third-party add-ons - Don't know

Workstation specs
Memory size - 16GB
Processor family & speed - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3192 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
Operating system - Windows 10 64bit
GPU - Nvidia Quadro P1000 4GB

Also does it matter if it's connected to Intel GPU or Nvidia GPU. Is fatal error related to GPU?
