I run Civil 3D as AutoCAD 2022. I was having no issues. I installed update 2022.1 and I getting the fatal exception errors.

As I stated, prior to the installing update 2022.1, I was having none of these issues opening drawing files.

Then I would uninstall the Civil 3D 2022.1 update first to stay workable. In any case, send your drawing file to Autodesk Product Support Team for a thorough investigation.
Or upload your drawing here and you may get tips on how to fix and open your drawing even if Update 2022.1 is still installed.
What Civil Language Pack is installed on your side?
I feel kind of dumb here, but how do I uninstall the update?
It's not just one drawing I'm having issues with. It's EVERY drawing. Drawings I had no issues with prior to the update, now I have a 50/50 chance of opening it, or crashing.
I'm assuming the English language pack.

Success. I was able to uninstall the 2022.1 update and I am no longer receiving fatal exceptions.
Now I just need to figure out why it was doing so. Then I can update it... But that's a whole other issue. I'm back in business.
