Hi,
I'm trying to use a .NET application named "Hydrovalves" for drawing waterworks fittings made of ductile cast iron. You can find it on this page: https://miv.hr/en/ (search: "HYDROVALVES - AutoCAD Add-on") and here are instructions for use: https://miv.hr/upload/2016/02/miv_hydrovalves_56b447f764da8.pdf.
After I installed it in "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2020" and loaded it through "netload" command in Civil 3D 2020 I tried to run it with command "hydrovalves_show". Unfortunately only a blank dialog window appears without any element to select and add to my drawing.
Technical sales support assistant in a company that made this application suggested to me to check whether I have the latest version of .NET framework installed on my computer. I checked, I have installed .NET Framework 4.8, so that can't be a problem, I suppose.
Does anybody know what could cause a problem?
Thank you,
Sandro

Hello, I tried to use Hydrovalves, but after selecting file „HydrovalvesMivLib.dll“ and entering command "hydrovalves_show" I get message: Unknown command "HYDROVALVES_SHOW". I have installed latest .NET Framework 4.8 but it didn't help.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
Thank you,
Hrvoje
