EXPORTKML Doesn't Work on Alignment

I was asked to create a KML of a 18300 ft. alignment I'm working on. I used the EXPORTKML command, selected the alignment, export object information was checked, coordinate system stays the same, then named the file. When imported into Google Earth it only has the PIs and no linework.

Why does this not work? I ended up making a 5' offset of the alignment, then offset back 5' the polyline to get a polyline on top of the alignment. MAPEXPORT was used on that polyline to get the alignment out to a KML, but why doesn't EXPORTKML work on alignments?

Hi, based on the following links, it seems like you are able to export alignments as KMLs and the typical cause for error has to do with your coordinates system settings. You might find these helpful:

This is sort of ridiculous, but it could also be that your alignment is on a no-print layer. If so, it will not export properly for some reason. It's an easy fix that is worth double checking.

Hopefully you are able to find the answer somewhere!

I have the ACAD unit set to US Survey Feet and the C3D coordinate system set to OH83-SF. Units should not be an issue. The alignment is on a plotting layer.

EXPORTKML just refuses to export the alignment. I even checked the resulting file and there's no line data in it.
