Rajesh, I figured I can lend some comments and possibilities here.
Firstly I am confused as you seem to be suggesting the conversion of pipework is from Revit to Civil3d, surely you mean the other way around?
Why on earth would you use Revit to design below ground pipework when Civil3d does the job a whole lot better?
If you mean from a Mechanical to Civils interface then I would just use IFC (see below)
Now with regard to your question.
No it is not possible without some huge workarounds which in my opinion makes it not worth doing. It does depend what you are trying to achieve; if its for coordination between the team then just use IFC or a 3d solid export & "an actual plan drawing".
You could as John suggests export from Revit but I would consider the following method;
Export IFC & import to Civil3d, manually convert IFC data to a map object data table then export to Shp. Import the shape and convert to pipe network.
Please note unless you know programming (and even then) transferring the details from object Properties to Map data tables will take ages as it has to be manually typed and there it throws in the risk of human error so needs to be rigorously checked.
I have seen designs of underground pipework in revit which range from hideous to almost usable. You need to edit the pipework and add data manually.
Civil3d is designed to be automated that is; The pipe uses a defined surface to obtain the cover levels at either end and every 1/3rd the way along. Using this and rules you can control the depth of the pipe and the gradient (also tied to size) and design with relative ease.
Information can (with a little work to set up) be automated and passed from Civil3d into revit as an IFC export containing all information for each pipe / structure as shared parameters. This is what we do here and it really works well.
In short my advice, ditch Revit for below ground pipework and use Civi3d. interpolate between with IFC.
