Export table to Excel - Pipes & Structures

Hello everyone!

I'd like to export my customized table to excel.

I create my tables this way:

Annotate -> Add Tables -> Pipe Network -> Add Structure

I then customize the layout of the structure, select the network and create the table.

Now I would like to export it to Excel. However I can't find a solution that works.

Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible?

I have also tried the following however it does not suit my needs:

1 - This works but not all the information which I need is available:

Go to Toolspace -> Prospector -> Select the pipe network -> Click Structures -> Select all structures -> ctrl+c -> ctrl+v in Excel

2 - I cannot customize the table

Go to Toolspace -> Toolbox -> Reports manager -> Pipes -> Structures -> Execute and then create the table in html. Then c/p the table to Excel.

I'm not aware of an easy automated way to do this in Civil 3d, there may be third party options available.

One option to get Pipe Network info into excel is , Edit Network > select all (ctrl+A) on the pipe or structure tab in panorama > rt. click > copy to clipboard > paste into Excel.

I believe your suggestion is more or less the same as my option '1':

I believe it provides the exact same information.

If I understand correctly, the pipe network structure table you have in modelspace is currently customized to fit your needs, you now want to export that table in Excel.

If that is the case, have a look at this thread for COT.lsp:
