Export Surface Styles to Excel

I’m working with a drawing that contains over 15 surfaces. Is there a way to export the Surface Styles to an Excel file, make edits to properties like layer, color, and linetype, and then re-import those changes back into Civil 3D using a lsp routine or any other way?

I think that the complexity of the Surface Style Editor would render an excel file export extremely complex and difficult to work with.

However, in order to streamline the edits you can access the surface styles directly from Toolspace > Settings > Surface > Surface Styles. That way you can make changes and see them live when you use "Apply" instead of having to go back and forth through the selections windows from the other ways to access the Surface Style Editor window.
