Export Solid 3D from civil3D to Revit

Hello all, 

I export some solid 3D from Civil 3D to .json and after I import them in Revit. 

But in Revit the file is transparent (see image)..so when I export it in Navisworks I see nothing. I dont know why it is happened as some days before it works and I had a solid generic model in revit that I could also see it in Navisworks . 

Do you have any idea ?

ok, I should go : V/G > Imported Categories > check Imports to Families..

Why are you passing as Json to Revit?

Does IFC not work for you, IFC will pass information from property set data, create solid geometry which is sectionable.

Hello, 

Thank you for your answer. I tried with .ifc, but when I imported it in Revit the geometry was completely crashed. I want also in Revit to have the corridors as Revit elements.

When you say completely crashed, do you mean it was not accurate / moved when you zoom?

When importing, use Link IFC. Open the created file and manually move this closer to the Revit local grid.

Revit can't handle large coordinate systems and gets issues in displaying data accurately. Generally amending the location cleans the geometry up.

If you mean the file is corrupt or looses information, use a lower IFC version for the export...
