eTransmit anomaly

I'm using Civil 3D 2023 with all updates and have noticed an anomaly when performing eTransmit. See pics. The first pic gave me an option to add files. The second pic does not. What is causing this to happen? Both situations have xref's, dref's and a need to add additional drawing files. Never seen this happen with any other version.

In the first picture you're on the Files Tree tab. In the second it's on Sheets.

I see now, but I've never seen it come up on the Sheets before and now I can't reproduce it. I just opened the same drawing and performed another eTransmit and walaa it works...strange event! Thanks Tim.

The "Add File" will not show in the "Sheets" tab (available only on a Sheet Set Manager eTransmit).

The "Add File" will display only on the "Files Tree" and "Files Table" tabs.

Thanks for the input. I probably should've clarified that I wasn't performing the eTransmit from the Sheet Set Manager, but rather I did it from File pull down menu and selected eTransmit the way I have for years. I just thought it was strange that the dialog box came up on sheets after I just performed 1 of the eTransmits.
