Errors with ARCGIS for AUTOCAD plug-in (.dll file)

Does anyone know what this error is? The .dll doesn't seem to be loading properly as ARCGIS has to reload each time I attempt to use it. This error appears after the 2nd time I try to add/edit attributes.
