1. So can you disable any antivirus you may have running?
2, Then I would clean out your Temp folder. See the link below on how to do that.

3. If though you had error 63 and not 1603 I would still look to see if any of the solutions from the AKN below, would work.

4. Have you installed all your Windows updates and video driver updates?
5. This could be an Autodesk FlexNet error which it states you don't have license administrator permission to instll Civil 3D 2024
