Error accessing parts list when importing from SSA

When I try to import my file from SSA 2014 the network does not update. I noticed an error stating "ERROR ACCESSING PARTS LIST". My parts catalog is set correctly and I can manually make changes but for some reason the SSA import tool cannot access it. Any ideas?

I had this issue too. Parts list wasn't set correctly in the pipe network settings. To fix I went under the setting tab in toolspace, right click on pipe network, edit feature settings, expand storm sewer migration defaults, and change parts list used for migration to the correct list.

Make sure you do not have any Child overrides on. The field to the left in the settings has a choice to turn on/off childoverides.

I was unable to get the storm sewers to import using AutoCAD 2016.

Is your part list for migration also set correctly? under toolspace ->settings (right click pipe network and edit features) ->storm server migration defaults -> part list used for migration. This should be done in dwg you want to import ss.
