Empty section views.

Hello Forum,

Am kindly requesting for assistance on how i can have my road section reflected in my section views,...i created the suface, Alignment, Profiles, Assembly,corridor & corridor surface, samplines & then section views. But after they are formed, they reflect nothing as attached in the screen shot below....i would like to have my road assebmly reflected in the section views,.....i will be very grateful for any kind of help/advice offered.

Instead of a screenshot, better upload your drawing right away. Then we can check your drawing and point you to the needed settings. I suspect missing data sources for the same line groups.

Check your section view minimum and maximum elevations.

Sometimes they may be out of the region where your corridor is.

There is a lisp to resolve this issue inside a thread in Civil 3D.

Your section elevations are incorrect.  IOW, the actual sections are mostly above your sections.

Your section view properties are USER SPECIFIED and perhaps should be AUTOMATIC.

 

You may want to also add "Corridor" to you sample lines.
