Editing Point Settings

Not applicable

I am trying to change a points settings so that, once downloaded into Civil 3D, said point populates as one of our blocks rather than its existing "x". Where would I go to change this so that I only have to change it once, instead of manually doing it in each drawing under point properties? Would like it to do it automatically for every future survey.

You need to set up one or more description key sets (DKS).

Each code in your DKS can point to a point style, which in turn can reference a block or internal point marker.

Once you do this, save this as your template file (or do this work in your existing template) = then you'll never have to do it again.
