Easier way to Edit Point Label

 and so on for X/Y offsets for this custom point label, trying to move it around, and its taking forever the settings recollapse im just spending so much time on this. 

is there a editor kind of like a block editor where i can select it and move it with my mouse where i want it and what size i want it???

Yeah i solved it. My hatch was going way outside the boundaries but only for conc hatch. In this specific sidewalk line work. But i guess this has happened before in the office and i was told to just change the angle from zero to anything and that fixed it.
