Dynamo for Civil 3d

In Dynamo is it possible to create a script to connect selected cogo points with a polyline?

for Ex:

a series of telephone points imported into the script with an attribute to connect each cogo point together with a polyline?

You can do that directly in civil3d using the point filter >>> 1-100,36,25,69-87....

cant you?

I've just started investigating Dynamo myself and it doesn't look like there are any options for points. You could create AutoCAD objects that look like points but I'm don't think you can use it to create points.

If the points have a consistent description you can already do this in C3D as a survey figure, or as previously stated by number.
