dynamic property panel next to my cursor

When I click an object in the workspace, a dynamic property panel will pop up next to my cursor. I want to turn this off. How to do that? Thanks!

Set QPMODE  to 0

If you want to use Quick Properties, but don't want it to open next to the cursor, set QPLOCATION to 1. Move it where you want it to stay and that's where it will always open.
