Dynamic 3D Label Blocks

We have created a dynamic label block to give X,Y and Z values and update automatically, unfortunately as we are working with 3D models and surfaces the block text is planar so sometimes gets hidden by blocks / surfaces above it.

I have made a 3D block with leader so the text is at a higher Z value than the solid / surface you are dynamically pointing to, but it doesn't update automatically!

Any suggestions or help?

Have a look into using a 'Spot Elevation' Surface label.  The label style can be built with easting, northing, and elevation properties.  Drag State settings will accommodate leaders as needed.

If you use mtext and C3D label styles the command t2f (texttofront) will bring all text, dimensions, leaders and labels above all other objects in the drawing.
