Dwt template, country kit UAE, daylight issue

Dear ,

1. I need a dwt template for corridor earth work cross section sor submission to consultant.

Including, centre line, fill hatch area, cut hatch, area table for cut fill, band, offset, fgl, egl. Etc 

If anyone have please share, UAE country 

2, I didn't found United Arab Emirates country kit.

3 . I have an issue with daylight, some section not showing, same in plan.

And also outer line for Earth work.second image cs.
