DWG to PDF

Can someone give me some guidance or provide a ctb file that will make my pdf's look like typical industry standard plans?  None of the out of the box pen tables look remotely close and are totally illegible.  Here's a screen shot of what I'm trying to pdf and another is an example of how they look once I dwg to pdf the sheets.

Hi @kenny.jackF7N4P, Civil 3D preloaded CTBs might not work but you can always create your own according to your Company's CAD Standard. Here I let you a link to a tutorial about how to create it:
