Drawing is hang up while opening drawing

Dear sir,

              Please resolve the issues. while opening drawing toal drawing is hang up it is not unable to go further or any changes in drawing. Drawing open still as the image no further clicking the commands no respose

Sir, As i am unable to click drawing utilities as drawing is hang up and this is happening just after drawing dialog box is open and shows drawing. But no further command is unable to operate and while clicking to tool bars no further response . Its shows only ideal stand by drawing is their. Please tell me what to do or how to resolve issues regarding hanging up drawing with ideal condition. pls help me

dear sir,
I am unable to solve problem. As while opening drawing it remain steady and no further changes are been done. As is steady & hangup no further commands are process even if any one tells the solution.
