Drainage clashes

Hi I've got a layout where I believe there may be multiple drainage clashes, what's the easiest way to draw these up, pipe diameters vary from 150 mm up to 525mm,

Is it possible to draw a basic pipe run off a feature line so basically the line is in 3d and drawn at the correct thickness based on the pipe diameter, the pipe network command looks overkill for what I'm looking to do

Not that I know off. The pipe will follow your 3d line but it won't set the correct pipe diameter.
