how can i measure distance between to point in specified path in surface.

Have you tried setting OSNAPZ = 1 before measuring?

If you're looking for the 3D length along a Surface, following the peaks and valleys. You'll have to create a Featureline from a object that defines the 2D path, assigning elevations from the Surface and including intermediate grade break points. Then list the 3D length of the Featureline.

You can also label this path by C3D and get it dynamically. So you are updated at every change.
