I'm on Civil 3D 2022. When I open a file, the display has this black space between the ribbon and the actual display space. It's as if there's a second viewport but there's definitely not, I checked. This happens in modelspace and layoutspace. I can't close the dead space, I can't interact with it, and the palettes in it (toolspace, properties) are frozen. It doesn't happen *every* time I open a file, but it happens with most files. Rebooting it usually fixes the issue. Sometimes I have to reboot a second time. Is there a more permanent fix for this?
