Designing Scale Problem while Pasting Objects to Original Coordinates

Hello to you all,

While copying some objects (e.g. Points) on a CAD_project and trying pasting them to original coordinates on an other CAD_project (same Area=same Coordinates, different tasks), I face a situation where the points on the second CAD_project have different coordinates than the first and are designed on a much larger scale. This happens only when I copy the points (Ctrl+C) using the command "Select Similar" first and then "Paste to Original Coordinates". If I just copy individually each point and paste to original coordinates everything looks normal.

I attach below some images to make it more clear.

Any thoughts why this is happening? Anything would be helpful

Thank you in advance

Hello, have you tried the command units and setting the insertion scale to unitless? This is the most common thing to change in such cases.

Another common mismatch occurs when there is a different coordinate system between the two DWGs (EDITDRAWINGSETTINGS) or  the units are meters in one DWG and feet in the other.
