new dell Precision 7510 laptop just downloaded civil 3d 2017. panning and usage issues with software as the response is very slow. i saved the .dwg (contains grading, alignments, surface, etc) to local c-drive and same issues. whom can i contact at Autodesk with my computers service tag (JC4RR72) to begin to troubleshoot these issues?
