Delete PI in a featureline curve and keep the curve?

Anyway to remove an errant PI along the curve of a featureline and still keep the curve? I'm using the CTC label genie and I don't want it labeling a random PI Vertice here. I loathe drawings from others where there are PI's in FL's when they serve no purpose.

Not ideal, but works:

Draw a line from the center of the curve to a point on the curve. 

Delete the PI

Use the Edit Curve tool for FL's and selecting the radius using the previously drawn line.

Delete the line.

Or, with a tool such as the EntityTracker note the Radius of the arc

Delete the PI

Use the Edit Curve tool for FL's and enter the saved radius value.

Can you break it at the vertex,  determine which piece is the remainder of the one you want, then delete the orphan and move the end to where the old curve ended?

Another option is to delete one of the end vertices and move the remaining mid vertex to the the deleted end.

This one was the easiest fix Neil. I broke the FL near the topmost PI, deleted the new PI, moved the mid-curve PI to tie back in at the top and adjusted the curve radii (as long as it's known). A bit of work around but that seems the easiest.

Love the Seg radius from the entity tracker. Had no idea that was in there. No longer will I need the inquiry tool or annotate>radius to get this property.

Looking back, I basically repeated what Jeff said. He should get the solution.

I actually just tried what Jeff suggested. And yes that works too. I did an action count and Jeffs method required 12 total actions, with combined keyboard and mouse. Your suggested method required 7 total actions with 6 being mouse clicks and one radius entry. So with all due respect Jeff I'm going with Neil 😉
