Data Shortcuts - Sample Lines

Hi everyone,

I'm sorry form my English and for my probable inappropriate terminology…

I have create 4 files with shortcuts:

1)survey/surface

2)alignment and profile

3)Corridor

4)section Views

To have a good profile I set the Sample Lines in file n°2, but also to create the file “section views” I must fix the Samples lines. The question is: how can I have the same “sample lines” in both files? (it seems impossible to me to fix a shortcuts for the sample lines)

I hope I have been comprehensible

Thank you

nicola

That's right. Sample Lines are not "shareable".

The data sources (surfaces, corridors, pipes) are shareable, so shortcut those into your section drawing.

Mike

Thank you Mike for your answer!

So, must I have on the same file (where I’ve set the sample lines):

-the section views,

-the “Create Profile View” (shortcutted to the file where I’ve created the Profiles)?

isn’t there any other way to have “section views” and “Profile view” set on the same sample lines?

Thank you

Regards

nicola
