DATA SHORTCUT NOT SHOWING AN ALIGNMENT

Multiple alignments in a drawing. However several alignment do not show up in the data short panel. It is an alignment that shows up on the alignment list (See attached). Is the a special criteria, an alignment has to have to be a Shortcut?

C3D objects (Alignments, Surfaces, etc.) will only be shown in the DataShortcuts list after a DataShortcut has been created for the object(s).

The Data Shortcuts were created by someone else and the missing alignment
was not clicked in the "Create Data Shorts". Clicked it and it showed up.
