Data Shortcut doesn't match original

I data shortcut an alignment and profile for a roadway. When I reference that data shortcut in another file, the SSD differs from the SSD in my original in only two locations. All of the other numbers match besides these, an ideas of what's causing that?

Just a shot in the dark here, but has there been previous versions of this alignment with these subtle changes?  Have you confirmed via the Manage tab\Mange Data Shortcuts, that the dwg with the alignment DREF is in fact pathed to the correct Data Shortcut source?  What happens if you "promote" the alignment...same discrepancies?  Another thing to try: what if you export that Alignment out as a LandXML from the source dwg and import it back into the problem dwg...same results?
