Custom linetype showing up differently than how it looks when created

Hello, 

I am attempting to make a custom linetype using 2 lines and one text object. I have created what I want and it looks good, CAD confirms that the linetype has been created, but when I load it in it looks wrong. I am attached a DWG file with what I want on top and what ends up showing once the linetype has been created. Here is a screenshot of it:

My process of creating the linetype:

1. Create mtext box with symbol (house/triangular shaped looking symbol)

2. Explode mtext to convert to text

3. Draw two lines to left and right of text as I want it to appear 

4. MKLTYPE --> name file, name linetype, select leftmost point of left line, select rightmost point of right line

5. When prompted to select objects, use box selection to select both lines and text (i.e. everything is selected)

6. Get response along the lines of linetype saved and loaded 

However, when I draw the line I get what you see on the bottom of the image. The text symbol is getting resized for some reason. If it is possible, I would like to fix this issue where the line looks like the top line in that image no matter the scale (scales correctly like other linetypes).

For the record, the below is what I'm looking to achieve, just with the different symbol.

In addition to the DWG file with the lines, I have attached the resulting linetype file.

Hi Shay,
Change your Paper Text Height to 0. That fixes most of it.

Thanks so much for the reply. That did make it a lot better. However, it still doesn't quite match. I'm sure I could mess with it to get it to look closer, but I'm curious to know what I'm doing wrong for the future. See below screenshot with the properties of the original text and at the bottom the resulting line at 0 paper space text height.

If you know what I'm doing wrong here that would be awesome. I remade the linetype with the text at L70 with 0 paper space height and they still look unmatched. Attached new DWG and lin files here if needed.

Apologies for two replies, but I figured out the answer to my previous question. My new question is:

I very often work with L70 text in everyday drawings. How do I avoid having to change the paper space height every time I want to use this linetype? It's always set as 0.07 and all other linetypes work without issue. It looks how I want it to when I bring the linetype in and change the paper space height to 0, but I'd like to know how to have it load in correctly into all drawings without having to adjust the paper space heights.

Hopefully this makes sense and thanks again for the help.

Linetype creation is not my forte.
By coincidence I just started reading Sam Lucido's "Linesanity: A Journey from Simple to Complex Linetypes". Attached.
"How do I avoid having to change the paper space height every time I want to use this linetype?"
Sam Lucido recommends creating separate dedicated text styles to be used in linetype creation.

That's awesome, thanks for the resource!! That makes perfect sense. I used a style with 0 paper space height by default as recommended and it works perfectly. Now I just have to figure out how to implement into everyone else's CAD in the office haha.
