Curve and line labels in profile view displaying opposite of style settings

I have attached a photo to show the issue I am having. This is the first road I have done in 2017 so wondering if that is the problem. The line and curve labels are supposed to display above the line as my style is set to but as you can see in the pic they are doing the opposite. Is there a setting that causes this that needs to be changed? Thanks for the help.

You should be able to edit that in the label style by editing the the text attachment point. I think the one you're looking for is Bottom Center (as in the bottom center of the text is going to be the attachment point.) Here's a quick video showing how to do it:

The funny thing is the style is correct but what it creates in CAD does not match. I cannot seem to figure out why it will not match the settings in the style.

That's odd, any chance you can post a sample drawing?

The main file is the 10277.013-C-SP and the 10277.013-V-XP is the xref in there. Let me know if there is anything else needed.

IIRC, this occurs when the profile view is going right to left, which it appears yours is.

I never thought of that but that has to be it because I never usually do a profile that way. Good catch!

Adding to Jeff's point, the text attachment seems to be completely flipped. If you set the text attachment for the label to Top center, it should appear correctly.

This still doesn't look right though so I submitted this to the dev team for them to have to look.
