First, make sure that your model space annoscale is the same as the viewport scale.  If you have modified the sheet layout then you might have to delete and recreate the section view group.

In the screenshot you posted it's visible at the bottom of the screen. It looks like the current model space setting is 1:100 but I can't tell what your viewport scale is.

I see that you're using the 2013 version of the software.  Unfortunately the process of creating section views has changed in more recent versions, so it's going to be difficult for me to help.

You need to make sure that the scale displayed through the viewport is the same as what you're using in modelspace.  Note that Civil3d will adjust the size of text and some objects when you change the scale, but it does not reset the positions of the section views.  Select one of them, right click and use the Update Section View Layout to fix this.

If you have edited a page setup which controls section view group then it may be necessary to delete the group and recreate it.

The 2nd png shows VP scale at 1:1000.

thanks Sboon ..thanks jay .. i just followed what you said and it solved the problem

i set the scale to 1:100 for both annotation scale in  current  drawing  model  space and  source template view port scale .

i just wonder if any thing will change if i changed the paper size scale from page set up manger.

and why fonts in the result pdf file is pale

also, i will appreciate if any body could tell me in brief the differences between standard ,annotation and custom scales  in drawings

thank you
