Cross Section automatic setting is not automatic

I used to set the hight of the cross section to "user defined" (selecting a cross section>cross section properties>elevations tab), but in Civil 3d 2012 I could copy the "max value" from automatic setting and copy it to the user defined max value, so the cross seccion got set to the especific max hight on each one. But now in Civil 3D 2016 the max value of the automatic setting is a standard value set too high so I can't determine precisely the max hight of each cross section so I have to pinpoint one by one and makes it rather slow the job. The question is if there is a "setting" in Civil 3D so the automatic max value of every cross section get the true max value of each cross section, not a pre-set value.cross section elevation setting.png

Did the section view style get modified? The distance above the sections should be set by the Grid Tab of the Section View Style.

If you mean this (grid tab in style section option), i've never modified it. Now, I tried allkind of sets on upper delimitting, but the automatic max value in the elevation setting stills pre-set on 110m
