Creating Surface from 3D lines

I am trying to create a surface from 3d lines that are the leftovers of a LIDAR survey. The triangles in the photo are all exploded and they are 3d lines (not polylines). How do I turn this into a surface?

Create a New Surface & Add the lines using "Drawing Objects" option > Object Type: Lines.

When you do that, make sure to check the box to "Maintain edges from objects".
