What I see from your snapshot is that you have the information Civil 3D would show for a layout profile in the panorama window. As you said, you have even more information to create the profile. I agree with that. However, you don't need it.
Unless you have unsymetrical vertical curves or non parabolical curves, you only need station, elevation, and curve length to create your layout profile using the Create Profile from File tool.

The rest of the information you show on that image is obtained from the geometry created after inserting the tangents and curves as disposed by their station, elevation, and length. For instance:
Grade in: tangent grade entering a curve (it can be positive if the following station's elevation is higher than the previous)
Grade out: tangent grade leaving/exiting a curve (it can be negative if the following station's elevation is lower than the previous)
Grade change: Algebraic difference between grade in and grade out values.
K value: this is Curve Length/Grade change.
Curve type: Sag or Crest. The software will know this depending on how the vertical tangents approach the curve.
My advice is to filter out the basic information needed to draw the vertical alignment in Civil 3D from that Excel file you have. Then, create the layout profile and compare the data in the Excel file with that one presented in the panorama window of Civil 3D. Finally, do any required adjustments (if necessary), so your design resembles exactly your raw data.
