create surface from autocad points

hi every one 
i have a problem when create asurface from cad points
points have elevation between (670 -685 ) but when i create surface from (add objects - points ) or when convert autcad points it take elevation between ( 200-210)
i don`t know where is the wrong 
any one can help me

Alaa,
Sounds like a Feet-to-Meters conversion is happening. Your drawing uses Feet Units. Please provide more details on how you are adding those points to your Surface.

Alaa,
In your drawing I am unable to add those points to a Surface. I can't isolate them, even if I detach the two Xref's. I can Data Extract the points to a CSV file and then add them to a Surface, and that shows an elevation range of 676-683 Feet.

I was able to create the surface from the Acad points (Surface->Definition->Drawing Objects->Points...selected all the points by window) and the elevations are as you described.

yes I found drawing setting as feet so it make my problem

I CHANGE DRAWING SETTING FROM FEET TO METER SO IT GO WELL
