Hi @dar.lombardi, I can think of two options without external applications:
1. Draw a profile view for your new alignment and superimposed the layout profile from the previous alignment. Mind the accuracy of the superimposed profile, I would up to 0.001. Then you can draw the new layout profile by tracing the superimposed geometry. You can draw the tangents first and the curves later.
2. Create a corridor with a mark point. Use any code for the mark point. Use the alignment and layout profile you have. Once you have the corridor. Select it, and in the ribbon, choose: "alignment from corridor." Follow the steps and make sure you check the option of creating a layout profile for the alignment. Assign names, and there you'll have an alignment and a layout profile resembling the geometry of your first objects. In this case, the frequency of the corridor is important. The higher the frequency, the more precise your output will be.
