Hello,

I have a excel spreadsheet, which have pipe coordinates and elevation, pipe materials, see attached file test.xlsx.

I want to use those data generate pipe profile and labels as show in the attached image profile.PNG.

Is anyway I can import the data to civil 3d, and how to setup the pipe label?

Thank you in advance!

Bin

Hi Wendy

I have done this with success. Do you know if Excel can be saved to shp or some place in-between to be able to data connect?

Hi Joe,

Since Civil 3D includes Map3D functionality, you can link detailed information from Excel to Map 3D graphical objects. See this
