Create Inclined Plane Coordinate System

I am trying to create an Inclined Plane coordinate system that my current work site uses as its Coordinate System.  I don't see where there is an option for "Plane" as the projection in the list of projections.  The parameters for the projection are:

Projection = Plane

Datum Transformation = Three Parameter

Horizontal Adjustment = Plane

Vertical Adjustment = Inclined Plane

I was able to set it up in my GPS Controller and it works perfectly.  I just don't see where in Civil 3D there is an option to set up a simple inclined plane projection.

I'm not sure what an Inclined Plane Coordinate System is. Do you mean a "Calibration" like Trimble Access can do?

Precisely Dave.  A Trimble Access GPS Calibration.  Is there a way to convert these "Calibrations" Into a Coordinate System.

No, sorry, I don't think there's any way to do that in Civil 3D.
