You can't attach PKT file but you have to change extension of PKT to ZIP. Or just to zip file and than you will be able to attact to forum.

that is the  problem when i try to create line between P14 and P13 it not happen.

You have the Cut and Fill backwards in that first decision. You are using AP2.y>P11.y as your condition, but then saying False = Cut. AP2 is being placed on the surface, so that being higher than the test point, P11, would mean Cut should be assigned to True and Fill to False.
