Crach When touch Keyboard

Hello,

I have a big problem, My autocad civil 3d 2013 crach when I touch the keyboard or when I click with the mouse in the command line, for any command, and with any file.
Help me please.

Have you tried creating a new windows user account & launching Civil 3D from that account?

Hello Jay,

Yes When I change the account on the same machine that not make me error, It come works very well and the problem lies.

I thank this will be a problem of framework no?

You can try repairing the installation or a reset of user settings.

Thank you Jay,

I have repaired It for many time but the problem wasn't resolved. I think the framework is the principal raison but can't prouve this.Because When repair it the problem lies but after 2 or 3 days it goes back.
