Hi
1. How can I make a custom label between 2 Codes Or between Links?
2. Is it Possible to label subassembly Generic Marker points?
Please see the attached screenshot for your reference. My requirement is highlighted in yellow colour.
You cn add a MarkPoint anywhere on a subassembly and add a link to mark point and add a custom label

I recently read this cleaver idea for labeling section views! Take at a look at this link and specifically the Code Set Style Labeling paragraph.
hope this helps,

Is this a typo on the screenshot?
COORIDOR should probably be called CORRIDOR?
Hi Samir,
I know I am doing something wrong. I tried to duplicate the Property set but do not get the property sets tab in the style dialog. I am sure it is something simple I missed in the work flow. any help would be appreciated.
thanks
Joe

Hello Joseph, Property Set definitions are not listed in Civil Labels.
You type them directly in the Text window on the right.
Here is an example.
<[PS:LabelData:LabelText(CP)]>
Don't miss brackets and PS: at the beginning. The Property Set name and the Property must match your current definitions.
Hi @Joe-Bouza
In most cases you can type the Property Set code as @Udo_Huebner noted! I have noticed that the Property Set tab for Line and Curve specifically appears and disappears in different Civil 3D year versions (I have seen it before, but in most cases it's not there!)
Also of note, you have to type in the code for Table styles... and you can't ever label a Circle with a Civil 3D Label!

Thanks @Udo_Huebner & @samir_rezk
is the red portion the property set name?
<[PS:LabelData:LabelText(CP)]>
I just notice the : what other parameters does a person want to be aware of?

Hi @Joe-Bouza
in this example:
Labeltext would be the property set definition (style) name
Labeldata is the property set attribute name
I feel bad for the original post question though! - we side tracked this thread quite a bit.

Hi @samir_rezk Thanks
but I still don't know what that means. What attribute name?
I didn't mean or think I was side tracking the OP. The suggested link for using PS data to label sections is flawed and I was only seeking clarity

Hi @Joe-Bouza
Based on your screen capture you'd write the code like this:
<[PS:pline-labels:TextToLabel(CP)]>
where: pline-labels is your Property set definition
and; the value of the TextToLabel property is what you'd like to use in your label
(CP) = Preserve Case (as written in properties palette)
(CT) = Title Caps
(CU) = Upper Case
(CL) = Lower Case
