Use a horizontal target as either a polyline, alignment, feature line, 3DPolyline, or Survey Figure where you want the meandering sidwalk to be then use it as a target in the assembly to get from the roadway to the sidewalk.

Does the sidewalk have an independent alignment, profile and cross slope?  If it does then you may want to use an Offset Assemby.

I'm sorry but I am very new to Civil3d. I attached an image of what I am trying to do. As you see I used the basic corridor with a 6' landscape buffer and  a 10' sidewalk. Because the street width varies I used the Lip of Gutter as my edge. This worked fine until the sidewalk started to meander. I tryed changing my targets to front of sidewalk but the curb ends up fallowing the front of sidewalk.  Meandering Sidewalk.tif

But HOW DO YOU SELECT THE POLYLINE for the edge of sidewalk as a target in the corridor regions ??? I do not see that as an option , whereas it is very clear how to do that for edge of pavement for example , it is a lane width target, no such choice is available for a sidewalk which is part of the assembly

The sidewalk assembly does not support targeting.  You could either use the generic LinkWidthAndSlope subassemblies to make your sidewalk and grass verges.  This subassembly supports targeting and is my preferred workflow for modelling sidewalks etc.  Or use the BasicSidewalk subassembly and use the newer Corridor Transition tool to independently control the buffer widths.

Are you using the BasicSidewalk subassembly or the UrbanSidewalk subassembly? The UrbanSidewalk subassembly has targeting.
